If you do not meet these requirements, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. 82 Game reserves the right to verify eligibility and to suspend or terminate access where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Permitted use

You must notify 82 Game immediately upon suspecting any unauthorised use. 82 Game is not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard account information. We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of these Terms without prior notice.
Intellectual property
Ownership
All content published on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of 82 Game or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India), the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (India), and other applicable intellectual property laws. The "82 Game" name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of 82 Game. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in those marks.
Limited licence to users
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 82 Game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view Site content for personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or remove any copyright or proprietary notices from Site content. Any commercial use of content requires the express prior written consent of 82 Game.
Reporting infringement
If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to our contact address identifying the work claimed to be infringed, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised. 82 Game will investigate and respond in accordance with applicable law.
Limitation of liability

The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 82 Game does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free. Your use of the Site is entirely at your own risk.
Exclusion of damages
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, 82 Game, its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill. This exclusion applies even if 82 Game has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Cap on liability
Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of 82 Game to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of INR 500 or the amount you paid, if any, to 82 Game in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
